Parking & Directions – The Bashful Ostrich 5K

Address: Scarlet Oaks Career Campus, 3254 E. Kemper Rd, Sharonville, 45241

First: Plan to arrive before 8:00. We expect a large turnout and we don’t want you to have to wait in traffic lines. Entrances to Scarlet Oaks close at 8:30.

Second: Please cooperate with the parking marshals and park where they direct you.

Third: If you need to leave early, please park in the lots closest to the Depot Drive entrance. These lots will be filled first – on a first come/first served basis. Plan to arrive by 7:30 to get a spot in these lots.

Fourth: If you plan to register on race day, please arrive by 7:30. Registrations and entrance to the site will be stopped at 8:30. To avoid being disappointed,

don’t wait till the last minute to arrive.

There are three entrances to Scarlet Oaks Career Campus. The most popular, turning onto Depot Drive off East Kemper Road, will be the one that most choose, making for traffic delays. To alleviate this congestion, two alternate entrances are suggested, which may make your life easier at this time of morning. Maps are on our website: www.bashfulostrich5K.og

Entrance One: (Kemper Road entrance – Depot Drive)

Driving on Kemper Road from the east: turn right at the traffic light at Depot Drive. Bear right as you approach the “V” in the road. Parking in front of or behind the complex is available. Please follow the parking marshals’ directions.

Driving on Kemper Road from the west: turn left at the traffic light at Depot Drive. Bear right as you approach the “V” in the road. Parking in front of or behind the complex is available. Please follow directions from the parking marshals.

Entrance Two: (If driving from the west on I-275) – Mosteller Road Entrance

Get off I-275 at Mosteller Road Exit (Exit 44) and turn right onto Mosteller. Drive past Ferguson Plumbing building and turn right onto Commerce Blvd. Stay on this until it ends and turn right onto Enterprise Drive. Turn left onto Service Drive and park in large lot behind the school. Please follow directions from the parking marshals.

Entrance Three: (If driving from the east on I-275) – Hauck Road Entrance

Get off I-275 at Reading Road Exit (Exit 46) and turn right onto Reading Road. Drive to Hauck Rd. (traffic light) and turn left. Stay on this until it ends directly into Scarlet Oaks entrance and park in large lot behind the school.

Race Day Registration: Will take place in the cafeteria of Scarlet Oaks.

Pre-Registration Packet Pick-up: Will take place in the cafeteria of Scarlet Oaks.

PLEASE NOTE: The race will begin on time. Plan to arrive by 8:00 to avoid parking congestion.
